  1. Are there any handmade products?
    Yes, there are a lot of handmade products in our shop.
  2. How to tell my size?
    The circumferance of your head equals the size of the hat (mostly in centimeters).
  3. How can I clean my product?
    All products are washable. There are two options:
    a) By hand, using a piece of clothing and some white vinegar (recommended).
    b) Plenty of the products are able to be washed in the washing-machine.
  4. Is there an option of rental?
    Yes, you are able to rent any type of hat. Firstly you will be needed to pay the whole price. Secondly, after usage and it being clean and in as good condition as you bought it, you can bring it back and we will return 70% of its price.
  5. Are there different sizes?
    There are products that produce only one size that fits most but there are also products that come with a great spand of sizes. The following head-size chart accompanies every product that offers different sizes.

  6. Are there any children’s products?
    Yes, there are several children products. You can search for it in our children’s menu.
  7. Do you offer any return policy?
    Regarding product’s condition, yes anything is refundable to meet your absolute needs.
  8. Can I create custom designs?
    Not yet, but it is one of our upcoming features.
